With more than 25 years of experience successfully developing and executing strategic business plans for consumer technology companies, Ms. Hilling is a founder and CEO of Skin Authority, the leading healthy skin lifestyle company. Utilizing a rare combination of business leadership, technical knowledge, and expertise in consumer branding, Ms. Hilling has carefully shaped a new business model for skin care which harnesses the power of professional recommendations and human touch delivered through partnerships with leading resorts and spas worldwide combined with personalized in home customer service delivered directly by Skin Authority's licensed customer care staff utilizing an array of new media.

As an example of her ability to execute, Ms. Hilling has previously developed two companies, each of which were acquired by the leading publicly held company in its industry segment. In both instances, Ms. Hilling emerged as a strategic officer of the publicly held entities: Steiner Leisure Ltd. As President/CEO of the Day Spa Group of Steiner Leisure Ltd. and Compaq Computer Corp. as President, Consumer Software Business Unit and Vice President of Compaq's Consumer Division, respectively. Prior to her experience at Compaq Computer, Ms. Hilling also held executive level positions at Wyse Technologies and Xerox Corporation.

As talk show host of Skin Health Today a popular weekly internet radio program syndicated on World Talk Radio and Voice America's Health Channel as well as a downloaded Podcast from iTunes, Ms. Hilling talks with hundreds of thousands of consumers on a wide range of topics on beauty, health and self esteem. As a highly sought-after speaker on these topics, Ms. Hilling has made numerous television appearances and has been interviewed by numerous business and trade publications such as Forbes and Business Week.

In addition to her many community involvements, Ms. Hilling's leadership tenure includes: Development Chair on the Board of the New Children's Museum of San Diego, the first "green" children's museum of arts in the United States, a board member of the Foundation Board of the International Spa Association, Past Co-Chair and Honorary Member of the Advisory Board of Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California, and a founding Board member of DOCS (Doctors Offering Charitable Services). Ms. Hilling is the recipient of the San Diego "Women who Mean Business" award.
