Not for sensitive/rosacea prone skin
"I am bummed to write this review because I have been using Skin Authority for years. Unfortunately, when I met with the skin coach about my rosacea flaring up and sensitivity to the products that have previously worked for me, they just tried to sell me other products, that have ingredients that are clearly not helpful for rosace (like glycolic acid in this cleanser). I have appreciate the help of a skin coach in the past, but there are no good cleansers for truly sensitive skin and many of the products have harsh ingredients that don't work for me anymore. I've spend thousands of dollars on these products over the years, and when I called to communicate my concern, they said they could not refund the items that I had only used twice and instead gave me a credit to my account. Unfortunately, I think it is time for me to break up with Skin Authority. I will say, if you don't have sensitive skin, they have some awesome products that have been very beneficial to me in the past."

"Skin Authority told me in person at their headquarters that they are discontinuing my favorite product: 3. 0 oz Daily Wash, and offered me this one instead. I tried it out and it’s not as good. Daily wash makes my skin feel amazing and I only use a small amount, smaller than the size of a dime on one finger every day. This cleanser gives my skin a rubbery feeling similar to bar soap, which I really don’t like. It’s less viscous than the Daily Wash and the dispenser opening on the tube is much larger, indicating to me that this product, while a larger size, is designed to be used much more liberally. I don’t need that much so I end up wasting it if I am not extra careful when dispensing the product. I used it a few times to give it a shot but sadly will be throwing this expensive product away. The Daily Wash has a ph friendly to my skin (I am a man). Since the Daily Wash is being discontinued and SkinAuthority refuses to sell it to me in person, I ordered a dozen tubes of Daily Wash online for delivery, since apparently they are still willing to ship it to me. That will last me maybe a few years, but after that presumably I won’t be able to buy my favorite product any more and will need to start the exhausting and expensive process of shopping other skin care products. I’ve tried many of SkinAuthority’s products over the past few years by shopping second hand online for much less than the outrageous retail prices and determined that I don’t like any of their other products except the Daily Wash. I’m so glad I did not pay full price for any of the others. I do very much enjoy the Daily Wash though, and it is affordable. I have no hesitation paying full price for it. Sad that this product is going away and it’s replacement does not fit my needs. Oh well. Onward and upward."
