Products considered for return must have been originally purchased directly from Skin Authority. Products purchased at Authorized Reseller locations must be returned directly to Reseller.


Product returns may be considered for the following reasons:

1. Manufacturing defect within 15 days of product purchase or

2. Unopened or unused product within 15 days of product purchase.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  
  
• To make an exchange please call our Customer Care at 1-866-325-SKIN option 4 prior to sending back your product(s). For all returns, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be given to you. THIS NUMBER MUST BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR A RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.
