TERMS:Skin Authority Referral Rewards are redeemable online at skinauthority.com for products or at participating spas and retail locations for featured Skin Authority products and/or treatments. Cannot be used for other charges or brands. Must present an original print-out of Referral Rewards eMail to participating partner location at check-in. No photocopies permitted. No cash value and limited to a maximum rewards of $75 every six months for new clients (three separate $25 Referral Rewards). Only one Rewards Coupon may be redeemed per order or visit and it cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Eligibility and applicability is determined solely by Skin Authority and its authorized partners. This program is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Rewards may not be transferred. Coupon Codes expire no later than six months after issuance.
