It has a cooling effect on the skin, but you can definitely feel the moisturizing properties upon contact on the skin. I love how supple my face is when I wake up in the morning, but it's not to greasy to cause zits on my acne-prone skin.
Amazing! I'm 40 & have gotten so many compliments that I look like I'm in my 20's! My skin chafes in the winter, but with this cream, my skin is hydrated & smooth...gorgeous!!!
