Skin Authority, a leader in advanced clinical skin care products, seeks a motivated Regional Sales Representative responsible for building and maintaining new account activity. This position involves extensive travel with approximately 80% of the time in the field interacting with accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities 1. Cold calling to identify top tier new accounts. 2. Managing and maintaining existing customer relationships. 3. Merchandising and developing sales promotions with clients. 4. Coordinating events, promotions, product knowledge classes. 5. Conducting monthly reviews with corporate management regarding status of field sales activity.
Required Skills 1. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 2. Dedicated work ethic. 3. Good personal track record of high retail sales. 4. Ability to educate, motivate and inspire other professionals within the industry. 5. High level of competence in conveying product and retailing through consultation knowledge. 6. Displays strong awareness of spa operations. 7. Candidate may participate in trade shows and industry related events. 8. Computer skills required. 9. Esthetics license preferred.
