This powder is great. In some foods I can taste it and it is delicious! Other foods/drinks I put it into, the taste completely disappears, but I know I'm still getting all of the Vitamin D benefits. So easy to sprinkle onto any and every food I eat!

The powder is 100% vegan plant source with each teaspoon offering 600 IU of Vitamin D! Yes, it does render your food a brown tinge but the added taste is so worth it!
