• 1. Secure hair away from face and forehead. 
  2. From the dropper bottle, place 3 or 4 peel drops into the palm of your hand. Apply solution to face and neck avoiding eyelids and eyes. Wait 3 minutes. Do not rinse off as this is a leave-on solution which self neutralizes. A slight tingling is normal.
  3. From the tube, squeeze a grape sized amount of Calming Mask into the palm of your hand. Apply a thin layer to the "T-Zone" which is the center of the forehead, nose, and chin. Layer enough mask to be visible on the skin. With the mask on your "T-Zone", move to step 3 to complete mask application. 
  4. Use the stick applicator to put the Rejuvenating Mask on your cheeks, under eyes, and around the perimeter of the face and neck. Gently use fingertips to blend into areas. Leave masks on for 8-10 minutes. While masking, take 8 slow, deep breaths in-and-out to relax.. 
  5. Rinse face with warm water and use circular massage motions to loosen the mask. Use a lukewarm washcloth to remove the remaining mask. Do not scrub, but gently wipe. Make a final rinse with cold water.
  6. Apply a full pump of VItaD Fortified Topical Elixir in the palm of the hand and apply evenly over the face and neck.
  7. Follow with an application of Daily Defense Moisturizer (SPF 30) avoiding eye area from the single use packet.
  8. Smile in the mirror at the clear, hydrated, even-toned face looking back at you!
