Terms & Conditions

Membership Details.

By becoming a member of Facial Club All Access, you agree to an initial and recurring annual membership fee (once a year) at the then-current member fee rate, and you accept responsibility for any recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership within 30 days of your annual renewal date, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

For each year of your Facial Club All Access membership you receive:

  1. Three (3) Daily Routine skin care kits delivered every 120 days typically containing 5-6 full-size products. You choose from one of our Daily Routine kits online or you can work with a Skin Coach to customize a kit to your individual needs.
  2. Three (3) Pro Treatment At-Home kits delivered every 120 days typically containing 4-5 beauty items. Pro Treatment kits are selected online or through a Skin Coach. Residents and visitors of the San Deigo area can receive an in person Transformation Resurfacing Treatment at the Skin Authority Center of Excellence in Carlsbad, California. In person treatments are in lieu of Pro Treatment At-Home kits. 
  3. Professional guidance from one of our certified skin coaches, available live through voice, video, text or chat during normal business hours and by email as required.
  4. 15% OFF additional Skin Authority products purchased online or through your Skin Coach directly from Skin Authority.
  5. 10% OFF signature Skin Authority treatments at participating spa locations as listed on skinauthority.com throughout the United States.
  6. Exclusive invitations to local health and beauty events.
  7. Automatic "Skintellectual" status in the Skin Authority Insider Club, an online rewards program.

Renewal and cancellation details.

Membership will automatically renew for additional one-year terms using the same payment method used for initial membership purchase. Skin Authority will automatically bill your charge card or send you an invoice for each membership year renewal. You may notify Skin Authority in writing, by email, or by phone up to one month before the end of the current membership year or manage your membership online if you want to change your payment method or terminate membership at the end of the current year.

A substantial cancellation fee may be charged in one lump sum to terminate membership before the current Plan term ends. This fee is based on products, treatment kits, and any other fees assessed to date of termination. The cancellation fee is determined solely by Skin Authority.

General membership terms.

  1. Every 60-120 days after your initial plan date, you will receive an email detailing how to redeem your Pro Treatment At-Home and/or Daily Routine product kit. You will have 30 days to redeem your kits online or by contacting your Skin Coach to schedule delivery.
  2. There is no credit given or rollover made for unclaimed or used products, services, discounts, or benefits provided under the Plan.
  3. Once products or kits are delivered, Skin Authority does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except for defective products.
  4. You may have to purchase additional product(s) to achieve the desired results or for unique skin care needs and usage rates. You can utilize your 15% additional product discount for these purchases.
  5. Membership benefits are for the exclusive use of the Facial Club All Access Member of record and cannot be transferred to other individuals.
  6. Live coaching and support are provided Monday through Friday on usual business days between 8:30pm and 5:00pm Pacific Standard time. Online orders and support are available 24 hours per day.
  7. Prices are in United States (USD) currency. Skin Authority does not take responsibility for shipment or use outside of United States.
  8. Skin Authority kits and products are for individual use, and we do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  9. Membership terms may change from time to time.

By purchasing a Facial Club by Skin Authority subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to all general Terms & Conditions and Customer Service Policies and Procedures of Skin Authority as stated www.skinauthority.com.
